As a design consultant for Xfinity Mobile (via Think Company), I led an embedded team of experience designers through discovery, research, and design for key mobile app experiences—including billing, notifications, and navigation. Using Keynote, we crafted compelling narratives to highlight the importance of billing transparency, the impact of proper notification channels, and how intuitive navigation can define the user experience.

As we approached the launch, my colleague and I were invited to speak at a UXD Leadership Summit about out experiences building the mobile experience.
