As a Sr. Design Manager at Comcast Business, I led a multidisciplinary team of 16 designers through discovery, user research, workshops, and design to enhance a suite of B2B products. Our work resulted in a reimagined product experience for Comcast’s voice, networking, and security solutions.

Early in the process, we secured executive buy-in for the UX practice through strategic workshops and research-driven insights.

Introducing Ruby

A new desktop communication app, Ruby, was in need of budget & buy-in from senior leadership in order to be built. To drive excitement, I created a fully functional prototype and presented it as a marketing ad for Ruby.

We obtained the full budget and built the app in a few months.
